Privacy Policy

00Quiz is a daily quiz app for iPhone, with a hosted API that stores your quizzes and connects to an AI agent you approve. This page explains the information used to provide those features.

Information we process

When you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple account identifier and may receive an email address, including an Apple private relay address. We use the stable identifier, not your email, to keep accounts separate. We store your time zone, optional quiz preferences (interests, language, and difficulty), the daily quizzes published to your account, the answers you choose, and your scores and streak. The service also stores app sessions and connection grants for agents you authorize.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, show today’s quiz and your history, check answers, keep your streak, let your connected agent plan future quizzes, protect the service, and troubleshoot failures. The website itself has no account form or advertising tracker.

On your device

The app caches today’s quiz and up to 90 previous quizzes in protected app storage. Answer keys stay on the server until you answer. Optional daily reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone; there is no push-notification backend.

Agent connections

If you connect an MCP-compatible agent, you sign in with Apple and approve its access. That agent can then read your quiz preferences, quizzes, answers, and performance, and publish new quizzes. It cannot submit answers for you. You can review and revoke connections in the app. The agent provider processes information it receives under its own terms and privacy policy.

Service providers and sharing

We use Apple for sign-in and device features, and Cloudflare to host the API and store data in Cloudflare D1. We share information with them as needed to run 00Quiz. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention and deletion

Your data remains while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app’s Settings after signing in with Apple again. Account deletion removes your quizzes, answers, preferences, sign-in flows, sessions, and agent grants from the service.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. The app stores its credential in the iOS Keychain, and the service stores only hashes of app and agent credentials. Access to quiz records is scoped to the signed-in account.

Children and changes

00Quiz is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the app changes and will post the new date on this page.
