Terms of Service

These terms cover the 00Quiz website and hosted quiz and integration service at api.00quiz.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The app

The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is presented with the app. These terms cover the website and service used with the app.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and the agents you authorize to access it. Keep your account and connected services secure. Quizzes are written by the agent you connect, not by 00Quiz; we do not review them and cannot guarantee that questions, answers, explanations, or linked sources are accurate or suitable. You allow us to process and store quiz content and answers only as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, publish harmful content, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, or access another person’s account or data without permission.

Availability

The service may change or be interrupted. Quizzes appear only when your agent publishes them; a scheduled task in your agent may fail, which can affect your streak. The service is not designed for education credentials, exams, or safety-critical use.

Other services

00Quiz relies on Apple and Cloudflare and connects to agents you choose. Their separate terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for an agent provider’s handling of information after you authorize its access.

Ending use

You can stop using 00Quiz and delete your account in the app. We may restrict access if use violates these terms or threatens the service or other users.

Liability and your rights

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted availability. These terms do not limit consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Questions can be sent through the Support page.
